What are most 18 year olds doing with their life?

At best, they are leaving school, have a steady job, a good family and a sweet social life.

Well, God took me out of the normal life about a year ago and put me on a roller coaster ride, and believe me, I thought my little life was quite fine till God called me to Youth With A Mission to do a Discipleship Training School.

So in February last year started a crazy journey, of following God through life and seeing radical things happen through His might and power.

We went through 12 life changing weeks of lectures, where we learned more about God, our place in the world and reaching others. After this, we grounded ourselves in what we had learnt, and what better way to do that then to put it all into practice, and teach others to do the same!

Off we headed on outreach.

The team I was with headed to Fiji, some of you may think that we just ended up on holiday....nope!

Although we lived in decency, with only minor problems with access to water and some times power, we worked with many who did not have what we had.

We where able to work with many churches in Fiji, seeing people get saved in the market places, seeing miraculous healing and amazing encounters with God while going from door-to-door in the villages.

We got to hang out with the kids and young people by starting games of soccer, and speaking and preforming at different gatherings and events.

upon returning to NZ after an amazing 7 weeks in Fiji, we spent time in NZ working at holiday camps, and speaking to others on the street about God, and seeing more healings and miracles.
